...I grew up in the East Coast/" Northeastern Corridor " US , where it snows...I've been in No./Central California for 15 years (Does not " snow " but it can rain , and it may be colder than you think it is ! ) , homeless , much of the ime , so maybe I'm fortunate there... :?
