For a long time, I thought the title of this song was "Pulling Muscles for Michelle". I wondered what kind of muscles he was pulling for Michelle? Was he doing strenuous work for her to impress her?

My favorite live version of this song. Toward the end someone from the crowd yells: "Turn it on!" and Van replies...."It's turned on already."

Jonathan Richman is one of my favorite musicians, period. I've seen him numerous times live. I was fortunate enough to bring my wife to a small show with Jonathan and Tommy Larkins. My wife really wasn't into Jonathan before the show, but he charmed her and the rest of us as only Jonathan can and she was hooked after that ever since.

Please watch the whole video because at the end, Jello Biafra compliments Jonathan's music and takes a dig at the interviewer/show at the same time.
