I'm posting this second clip because these guys seem unaware of some risks.
As a seasoned rooftop worker I'm not uncomfortable with people being on a single story roof less than 30° pitch without a safety harness, but that ladder !
That is a 2 storey extension ladder, yet they have not extended it past the gutter.
To get a foot on the roof they have to LIFT IT OVER BOTH HANDS.
It would have taken 2 seconds to get another 4 rungs over roof level and made dismounting WAY safer.
Secondly... On an old weatherboard house I'm not sure if trust the trusswork to bear 3 guys and their gear if they're too close together.
