The Vines lead singer/songwriter has Asperger's. It's anybody's guess whether he can survive the stress of touring. Here are a few views: In the second video he does some stimming at the end/he has to disassociate to perform live.

If I paid money to see a gig and the singer did that, I'd honestly be wanting to go home and have my money back.

Yes, actually the reason I started the thread was because I read a lot of wishful thinking about success on this site and I wonder if people realize the amount of stress that goes along with it. Also I think Nicholls is really talented ( I read he hears the harmonies in his head) and I wanted to showcase his diversity. You can read a lot of negative opinions about some of his behavior online but I think most here would recognize the consequences of that kind if stress for someone with Asperger's. I hope he finds a balance and doesn't crash and burn like so many others.

lol - I wouldn't be there in the first place- not because I don't like the music but no way I could handle the crowd-love the guy with the shoe - a joke on myself, the first time I saw slam dancing I saw this huge guy throw down this tiny girl repeatedly. I got incensed and complained to the management. They just looked at me funny.
