Whats the proper name - if there is any - for the balkenkreuz styled emotion thingy in anime drawings?

Like:

for example, on the bottom right?

German peeples help me out, but doesn't that mean Balkan Cross?...

i've never really understood anime; the zen goal seems to be cartoons with as little movement as possible...

Basically yes pakled, it translates directly as 'Cross bar.'
