It's a bit of a toss up choosing where this fits best, technically it's art but it's also very technology related and could equally fit in the computer section. Alas for simplicity here will do, this is a comic strip I made with my other half, he thought up the text and I drew the pictures to go with!

I never understood the whole virus thing. I seriously think you have to be super dim gullible to get them or be SOL on a server that got a worm. That one worm that was big 5 years ago was the only time I've had a virus of some type (I think it was Sasser) and I didn't even do anything, it just made its way through the lab onto my computer eventually. It was interesting watching different people go down and others trying to complete assignments before theirs went down.

The virus thing hasn't been an issue in the slightest as me and my better half are total Apple fanboys, we were just being a little ironic with the comic. It's naive to think that they don't get viruses, they certainly do, we just never have because we're not daft enough to open anything that might contain one. The rare occaisions they've turned up they've been system32 viruses which have no effect on us. Now we only have one PC in the house which started life as a Mac Mini before the new one came out and we replaced our 3, it has no OS X on it and only gets turned on once a week to broadcast the webcams for our radio show as there's nothing for Mac that works quite as well fr streaming as the icky PC.

Hi. I'm a hybrid. But after over ten years on Windows, and at least 20% of that time spent cleaning up crap, defragging, removing viruses, maintaining, maintaining, maintaining, and two and a half years now with my Mac Pro, and nothing but a few updates I've never had to waste time waiting for, I'm convinced.

Windows SUCKS. Macs rule.

I only use Windows rarely now, and only when I absolutely have to, because that's where the software I want to use is. Soon, I won't need any of it anymore.

There's nothing worth doing that can't be done on a Mac.

Great cartoon! Funny.

BTW: My wife's on Mac too, so I don't need Miss Fox! :P

The artwork is awesome, by the way. Kinda reminds me of mid-90s Disney with the curvy shapes (esp. around the faces) and the expressive eyebrows...although the third frame reminds me of the kind of look that Tycho would give Gabe.
