I feel that I'm too old to post in this thread. It's a good thread, though. 8)

Celestina Aladekoba (admittedly better known for dancing, but she has made some songs IIRC)

I'm not really sure how sexy is defined but I think Miranda Cosgrove is the prettiest

I want to be honest about individuals that canonize Lady Gaga as the next voice of our generation just because she is "sexy" I know the general consensus on here doesn't care for her but I have been on a multitude of forums that have lauded her. I really can't stress enough how many similarities she bares to Madonna. And Madonna herself wasn't very original in my opinion either she derived many of her influences from underground theater of the sixties counter-culture generation. Such as Hair, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Rocky Horror Picture Show and then some of the showmanship of Queen, Michael Jackson, and David Bowie. However she doesn't convey this style uniquely she just does what they accomplished in a more risque fashion and brought it to the mainstream. Lady Gaga is an off-shoot of this superficially glamorous type of pop-music that has no substance, whether or not that means it has merit is subjective.

If I were to recall sexy musicians I would choose Grace Slick who was dressing in very flamboyant costumes dating back to her Height Ashbury years in the mid-sixties. The sixties was kind of a renaissance of flamboyant fashions which hadn't been seen since the twenties. As Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Janis Joplin also dressed eccentrically during this period.
