When I was a kid I had a crush on Destiny's Child (the group Beyonce used to lead). Now my favorite woman in the music industry is probably Celestina Aladekoba (admittedly more dancer than musician, but I recall she has written a few songs):

A few I guess. But then I guess it's against the law if you're a good person, to have a crush on looks.
