Who are worst singers who are famous and not some person doing karaoke?
As some of you may know, I like some technically very bad singers. However, I can't think about anything I like about Dave Davies's (from The Kinks) voice, apart from it's nice to hear someone other than Ray Davies singing on a Kinks track. 
I'm generally very tolerant of bad singing.
Joss Stone's voice really annoys me. I think I'll go with her as my least favourite voice.

Actually I seem to be picking people who sing ballads, or even worse POWER ballads. So maybe I just have a thing against those. Yup.

I like Barry Manilow's voice. Yes, I have listened to one of his albums because my (deaf) aunt would always play it in her car; she thought her passengers would like to hear music (being indifferent to what it was, herself). I ended up hearing that album a lot and quite enjoyed it, but that could just be nostalgia talking. I agree he's not a great singer.
James Blunt is universally accepted as annoying.
I think the correct response to Celine Dion is more like...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGH!

Richard Harris. I like him as an actor... well, okay, I like him as Rafer Janders, but MacArthur Park is a crime against music.
He can't even sing the title of the song

Depends on the song. I loved Blue, Red and Grey.
The Endless Wire stuff... Nay... I liked a couple songs on it though.
