I'm writing a story about a half daemon high school student, with super human powers who can summon a mecha-bot mobile suit. It will be interspersed with "hilarious" humor of the protagonist overreacting to mundane situations.

Am I leaving anything out?

What's the antagonist going to be like?

Make him have a harem of girls all vying for his affection, which must include (but doesn't have to be limited to) the following:

- a "tsundere", which basically means a girl who gets angry and loses her temper easily in a comical fashion, usually taking it out on her love interest. However, she also has a hidden soft, romantic side which comes out only around the love interest.

- a "Rei clone", basically a girl who is based heavily on Rei Ayanami from Evangelion. This girl doesn't show any emotion at all, making her seem like an alien or a robot (which sometimes she actually is). However, she warms up to her love interest and eventually starts showing emotion due to his kindness towards her. Bonus points if the girl has short hair in a shade of gray or blue.

- a "Yamato Nadeshiko", which is a woman who is quiet, kind, motherly, good at domestic activities and is obedient and submissive towards her male love interest. She often has long hair in a dark color, most commonly black or brown, and is often seen wearing kimonos.

- a Lolita or "loli", which is a character who is a lot younger than her male love interest. Her personality may overlap with any of the types mentioned above, otherwise she is just a normal, cutesy little girl. Often in school settings, the loli character is academically gifted and skips several grades, which explains why she is in the same grade as the rest of the characters.

Make sure that the girl who you want to end up with the guy is the first one he meets.

:duh: ... spirit realms ... long red trench coats ... big mouths ... chibi emoticons where the face expressions would be ... tight, skinny pants that could only be believable on an amputee wearing prosthetic legs. :? ... um ... spirit-energy/chalckra/manna/soul-crystals ... magic words and hand symbols to charge up super-duper power attacks ... an arch rival that happens coincidentally to be the protagonists long-forgotten brother or childhood nemesis ... long conversations in mid-fight, or even mid-punch/mid-kick.
.
.
.
Plus the hero has to get his head chopped off or his heart cut out or explodes in a horrible fiery bang, only to come back five minutes later because the will power of his spirit and the love of his friends has triumphed over death  ... and then the same bull-sh** happens again next week, except the explosion has more colors and his friends cry a little longer before he comes back.

Oh yeah and the protagonist and the antagonist lock eyes and stare at eachother for a good 10 minutes before doing battle.

ONLY 10 minutes? :? That plot is progressing pretty fast for Anime standards.
In that time, their dialogue must remind the audience of every previous encounter, and the outcome to that encounter,
like nostalgic sports announcers.

You forgot a school-girl with round glasses, a bonus if she takes pictures of everything with her phone-camera.

Include an ugly old man with facial hair who is a master martial artist who mentors the main character. He is either incredibly senile (Totosai from Inuyasha), incredibly perverted (Master Roshi from DBZ) or a combination of both (Grandfather Uncle from Perfect Hair Forever).

Make sure that the "camera" is at an angle to see the female characters' panties as often as possible.

Have any Chinese girls in your story wear their hair in two meatballs (odango) and dress in typical Chinese outfits. Bonus points if they are masters of an ancient martial art.

Include a really cute creature who is based on some kind of animal/plant/food, who tags along with one of the human(oid) characters. During a fight that nearly kills this creature, have it evolve into a scarier, more powerful creature and win the battle due to the power of its friendship with the human(oid) character.

During any fight, have a character's friends watch from the sidelines, making a running commentary either in their own minds or amongst themselves, and have them scream their friend's name no less than 55 times over the course of the fight.

I don't know, Wings of Honneamise has no teenage characters at all, seriously none. The main character is like 25, and he's part of their world's NASA, and his goal is to be the first man in space.

Just sayin'.
