Wow, sunshower, you've made a statement! Not only those journal pages but your compilation, presentation and music were intense. I cannot comment on bipolar disorder personally, but I cannot imagine how hard that must be: your suffering comes through to the viewer. I'm sorry for your suffering but at the same time, in a contrived way, it has given you a creative perspective that would elude another.

Thanks . I guess making a statement was my intention. I don't like to do things by halves or to hold back (my creative work tends to be both intense and raw). One of the things I wanted to convey in the video was the emotional intensity of the bipolar experience so I'm glad that translated. In terms of suffering I am much more well now than I was during the time I was writing in that journal, although I still go through the same swings I do so much less frequently and mostly less severely.
