He was such a Jazz genius! What more can be said? I love when he did the "Bach" interludes in the middle of regular Jazz songs. His pitch was always perfect, even when his mouth was "bee-bop"in' a mile a minute.

I wasn't sure who Mel Torme was, but I do now! Thank you, Ragtime. But I do know this (my advisor/PI is musically inclined w/ professional musicians in his family): Glenn Gould, the late Canadian pianist, had Asperger's Syndrome. He was so talented and interpretative - I know you'd like! Unsure when his AS Dx came since Glenn would now be quite old but he DOES stim when playing at times, other symptoms. I would imagine Glenn Gould would be on YouTube.

<hope I spelled his last name right>

Many Glenn Gould clips - in this one he's playing Bach (piano).

He's awesome! I have a few CDs of him playing Bach, and he's widely considered the foremost Bach interpreter of our generation. I suspected as much about him having AS; whenever someone is THAT into his art, that's automatically what I suspect -- he or she is on the spectrum.
