Howdy there!

I was just dumped by girlfriend of 2 years (which is always awesome) and I find myself back in the abyss of hope and rejection that is the dating world.

Being in a serious relationship the past two years has made me completely forget--I am a bigger lady-repellant than tinted windows. There's one girl I'm interested in. We've had a few casual conversations, but my fear is that my nonsense has already given her the impression that I am an odd egg that should be avoided at all costs. Any tips on how to determine my status with her? Or general tips on making a better impression? All help is appreciated!
