Geekonychus,

Thanks for making me smile about the normal bit.

It seems I just need to see if we can work on communicating better, working on the way we approach situations together.

Things finally came to a crashing halt with this person today. He decided he was going to be "truthful" today.

So he told me I am a hypochondriac, who probably does not even have Asperger's. He also said that he feels like I make everything about me (I try to show that I can relate, apparently that's not acceptable). Next he said that I argue everything, which I do when I am feeling attacked.

I'm over it - over him and over romantic relationships. They are so not worth the trouble.

I like Popeye's answer to that very question; "I yam wot I yam."

I'm not asking you to change, please don't ask me to be a different person.

Why be normal - be extraordinary!

But seriously, someone said exactly the same thing to me while I was at school (a long time before I had heard of Aspergers syndrome) and it really upset me. These ignorant people arent worth a bean.
