Yes, a person with Aspergers can easily date a nuerotypical, but it depends because every one's Aspergers is different.
A good amount of Aspies are pretty good socially, but they're just quirky, have nerdy interests and can be a goofball at times.
Some Aspies are a trainwreck socially, deny any role in the way their social life is, isolate themselves in their room and use WP to complain about nuerotypicals being judgmental instead of improving socially.
Depends on what kind of date you're talking about. If a basically platonic date then heck yes. If a sexual relationship, then yes but a little harder. And if you mean a partner you intend to marry, well yes it's possible, but it's the exception rather than the norm at a young age.
As the previous poster said aspies come with different levels of social strengths.

Why would anyone want to date a normal person.........Normal people suck.
For the record, normal =/= NT. There are plenty of NT weird girls who are fun and understanding and not at all put off by Aspie traits.
ROTFLMAO... When I first came here looking for info about my Aspie boyfriend and I first read NT..N-E-U-R-O T-Y-P-I-C-A-L! Awww mannnnn... I don't wanna be typical. seriously I was so bothered by that.. but I am quirky and odd so I am not NT I am simply "other" lol

The guy I've been kinda dating the last couple months is pretty normal. I say pretty normal because I'm very sure he's NT yet he's not "joe average," since he's a very outgoing performer/entertainer. He's more like.. a super person than a normal person.
