Virtually everywhere - you´ll never know exactly where. It´s a game of luck. But if you really want to find a nice girl wh would understand you, don´t go to bars, clubs and pubs but to libraries, cafés, restaurants, or just do what you like. There is a greater chance that you´re gonna find somebody (that fits your character) when you´ll be doing some of your hobbies.

It isn't just us: neurotypicals also have a hard time in the USA. It is good to go abroad, and see what life (and women) are like elsewhere.

But, per the original intention of the discussion, would it be worth his while to venture to Puerto Rico or to Sweden to meet girls? Sure, he can look. But can he touch?

From personal experience. There are many overrated countries (Norway, Russia) and underrated countries. But really, the differences are so small. Every country on the planet has gorgeous women.

Also: Brazil. The centre and the south.

I have been there 4 times now. I also find Dutch girls better looking. But then again my definition of pretty isn't limited to a certain height/haircolour/skintone etc.
And I find that Swedish girls are a lot more stylish. They are well taken care of and know how to dress.
