'The Undateables' - UK TV series
I said he was clueless. Whether you consider this a blame or not is your problem. You're still attributing wrong motives to me.
Yeah, stating the obvious. That's it. He was clueless about dating.
Now get over it.
Calling someone clueless sounds pretty insulting to me - the typical sort of thing an NT would say, which is why it grinds my gears when I'm on an Asperger site, whether the person saying it has AS or not.
Same with 'get over it' - aggression again
Don't tell me what to do on my own thread either
This isn't an AS vs NT thingy.
This forum isn't exactly like the part of the world where you live. And people here don't share the same experiences and attitudes as you do. So try to accept that. And you'll be fine.
Thanks for that Mr Patronising
Well, then you have your opinion and I have mine.
Why is this minor point of "bad person" so important to you? I imagine there's a pretty significant story there... willing to share?
no, you're just showing an inability to differentiate between a person's posts on a forum and their actual real-life total and complete self. it's highly judgemental and it explains a lot of your recent behaviour on the forum. i am glad to be aware of this.

Any time.

i just mean that if someone makes you mad, you may be mad at the person behind the post instead of the post itself. but sometimes people are more than the sum of their posts - they have good days and bad days. we are all good and bad sometimes, sort of a mixture.

Understandable - which is why you factor time into the equation. Someone who posts the same hate of something six months in a row probably really hates that thing in real life.
You may not believe there's a line someone can cross that classifies them as a genuinely "bad person" - I do. I can't cite any examples though because they've been banned for that kind of hate-speech long before I could make any real opinion!

oh ok. i see. i tend to think most people who spout hate speech do it to make an impact/troll.
anyways, sorry to go off track OP.

I haven't seen this yet, but I definitely wouldn't mind that dwarf doing that 'party trick' she mentioned in Episode 1. I guess I'm simply a twisted SOB.
He annoyed me, to be honest. The same is true (although far more so) of that absolute moron - Richard, I think his name was - in Series 1. He so just wanted his mum as his girlfriend instead.
I thought the guy with Tourette's was absolutely lovely though, if I'm honest. A very attractive man with a great sense of humour and a lot of self-awareness (in fact, he no doubt possesses more self-awareness than I do).
Can't disagree with that. I've met people with Asperger's who I wanted to brutally murder and stick in a meat grinder, they annoyed me so much but by the same token, I've met some absolutely lovely, brilliant people with Asperger's too. Generally, I've met more good people than bad.
No-one is inherently good or inherently bad. We're all just people - imperfect creatures, really.
"It could be some sixty-year-old Nigerian sex killer." I just laughed so loudly in reaction to that my dog sprung off the bed and looked rather startled. This show is fantastic and I've only watched a few minutes. Thank you, Tequila!

Warning, my tumblr is a man-free zone
I was glad that Ray decided to continue seeing Jeanette(?)
Steve is NT? I hope she doesn't take advantage of him. I was puzzled when she said looks doesn't matter but she had a ton of make-up on?
I thought that Ray guy was like a genuinely a nice guy. I would imagine that it would be possible to have small conversations with him, like the guy you meet everyday at the station or lunch time etc.
One of the people on there isn't an 'undateable'. I actually messages her on Plenty Of fish but never got a response. The really wired thing is after that I saw her at the Olympic Park. And when I say saw I mean we walked right past one another (she noticed me as well). That was an awkward moment.
