I assumed the original is the one you posted. I’d read what I think was a translation of this tale into Spanish, with warm fuzzies translated as pelusas calientes, a literal translation with no idiomatic meaning. However, it looks like the English idiom actually came from the tale, rather than the other way round …

Wiktionary wrote:
Etymology

The term comes from the children's story The Warm Fuzzy Tale by Claude Steiner, where it is used to explain the concept of transactional analysis.

Noun

warm fuzzy ‎(plural warm fuzzies)

1. (idiomatic, chiefly in the plural) a good impression; a feeling of comfort or trust

I suppose they are a reputable business, but I didn't get a warm fuzzy from their salesman.

2. (idiomatic, chiefly in the plural) A sense of accomplishment after performing a trivial, meaningless or pointless act; often used derogatorily.

John picks up litter in our neighborhood because it gives him warm fuzzies.

I'm a fluent Mythavean speaker, since I 'discovered' it. Ai is unconditional love, and Omniad is the fullest expression of unconditional love.

^Be warned, though: it is quite long. [My mum is trying to read it and edit it/fix my grammatical errors at the same time].

Love for all:

Here is a list of good books to read:
The Power of Now
all books by Doreen Virtue [especially Fairies 101, The Crystal Children, Assertiveness For Earth Angels, and all of her Angel books]
The Children of Now

The Earthsea Cycle
The Lord of The Rings
The Neverending Story
Fire and Hemlock

Cardcaptor Sakura
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle
Claymore [there is much more to this series than meets the eye, especially the last volume; however, you have to look quite deeply to see the importance]

I'm sad and all I know to do, is to give all my love away. It probably doesn't help that I'm listening to Chopin's Prelude in E Minor Op. 28 No. 4. I should, perhaps, go turn it off. I'm so sorry. I don't know what to do. I know this is a positive place, and that is why I came, but, I don't have anything positive to contribute, apart from all the love in my heart. So please take it from me. Thank you.
