Speaking of I was looking as some vegan Nuttela spread and it looked almost as gross as the normal one which is basically sugar and oil with "flavouring " .00001% of cocoa powder and hazelnut. (check the label if you don't believe me )

Anyways not sure why not more people do it it ? why would you spend $ 5 for a small jar of sugary oil chocolate. Anyway I just chuck a block Whittaker's 55 % ( your Kiwi you'd be familiar with it) over a baie marie add about 30% by weight of soy milk, their best spread in the world

, might even add some almond meal for a nutty taste though I don't think it's really necessary ?

Anyway the Whittakers works better than the more expensive dark chocolate like Lindt because despite having no dairy it seems to be richer and smoother, so ideal for this application.

*I supppose you could add tits milk though why would you as Arnold Schwarzenegger famously said "milk is for babies"

you can't argue with that can you ?

Oh it's on special to at WOW 2 blocks for $5 how cheap is that ?

It's bizarre you've never tried to make your own Nuttella? Your not alone in that regard .

I don't think I should be your chef I have my fair share of disasters I can tell you I made some dahl last night with spinach (asian style type) from the garden and it was quite awful and slimy, strange I didn't cook it very long when I use it simply as a side /stir fry it's beaut

oh well you live and learn I suppose
