It's okay, I was joking. I've been looking around for other jobs though, I'm getting burnt out.

The most common reason of a burn out is that people are to much trying to do anything very well. But if anything is always well done not the salary is increased but the workload until the people are unable to match it. They would rather fire people to scare the rest for making them work even more than pay more for the well done things. That's quite common behaviour of most companies for ensuring to pressing the most out of the people who are dumb enough not to realizing it. People need to become aware of it and reduce their work load themself until it matches the salary. Only if the work isn't done they may care about the ones who are doing the work and hire additional people. That's quite common business today.

I don't deprive myself of anything I just do tons of exercise, you can eat like a horse and still be slim if you're an active person, running for example. I will literally shove profiteroles into my face hole with no regrets cause I know the next day I'll be doing a 15 mile walk or a big run or something.

Cutting fat is not as hard as everyone seems to think it is, it's literally just cal counting and exercise with a bit of strategy. It's just applying the motivation to actually do it that is the problem for a lot of people.

I personally eat quite healthy though because when you're a certain level of health you can feel more s**t depending on what you eat.

Calories in, calories out.
Metabolism on, metabolism off.

The great thing about the pandemic is that I don't do fast food any longer, for obvious reasons.
It is now so easy to maintain my weight, and I am loosing it slowly over time without trying in a massive way.

Lifestyle, not diets. 8)

The “Calories in, calories out” is wrong and hyperbolic.
Food types affect hormones and vitamine levels therefore overall health... so it’s not just a calories number.

I consider myself cute and attractive. I’m not hot or a bombshell by any means....nor do I want to be. I just enjoy my appearance for what it is.

Yes, there is more to it than "calories in, calories out."
But it is part of the equation.

It is working for me, so I will continue the way I am going.
If it works, it works. <shrugs> ;)

Agreed. You can drop mad weight with cal counting and macro counting.
Walking is really good for fat loss because of Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT).

The fitness club I'm in does challenges, like 30k steps on a pedometer every day and the fat basically melts off you if you do that every day consistently with a bit of strength training.

I'd like to lose a kg of fat.
Can you walk some Kms for me?
I'll pay you.

So what is the deal about carbs?

I eat carbs every day, and I am still losing weight.

Essentially, my diet consists of a glutten-free toasted sandwich, cholesterol-reducing margarine, a number of ham slices, tomato slices, beetroot, onion, half an avocado
This is twice a day, plus a vitamin supplement.

4 slices of bread a day, yet I am still losing weight with 45mins-1hour walking a day, plus garden work, off and on.
I guess, overall, it is fairly low calories when you add the fat reducing "tablet" that takes out a third of your fat in a meal.

I will be going back on the 5x2 diet.
I should see some excellent results when I do that.

Pretty much no fast foods anymore, which is the key thing, I would imagine. 8)

I consider myself pretty attractive. I'd say if I scaled myself(on a scale of 1-10) I'd be like a 6 on average, 7 on my good days and 4-5 on my bad days. I have gotten attention before from girls though most of the time it was something I said or the way I acted so I guess my personality adds a point or 2.

But overall I consider myself fairly attractive, not hideous, not jaw dropping but, slightly above average. Any girls on the dating scene living in Texas feel free to slide into my DMs!

I would say drop the pork completely as it's bad for you and high cals. Pork is so bad for your cholesterol. Stick to lean chicken, beef or lamb etc. Turkey slices aren't bad either.

Bread isn't a problem just don't go mad with it.

Erm... fat reducing tablet? Many PT's will tell you that's a money scam.

With carbs the issue is that you are supposed to be using the energy your body already has stored (fat) and if you're just eating carbs then you're using the energy from the carbs and won't lose weight as fast. Why do you think runners have those gels? It's fast carbs for extra energy.

You will still drop if you have a bit of carbs but say if you mostly had lean meats and just veg with no carbs then walked 30k steps every day you'd not only drop the fat but you'd tone up a bit as well.

Your meal plate needs to be more like 40% veg, 40% meat/protein then the rest carbs if you really need them.

I would say for fat loss you need to do low-intensity exercise though - walking is the best thing but like 10-15 miles not just a short walk and it needs to be consistent, running etc increases the stress hormone cortisol which is bad for fat loss - unless you are like a constant marathon runner. That's why I say like running in the gym is so pointless you might as well glue stupid to your head.

If you do however do some strength training - it's kind of like this, the muscles that you build burn energy just even being there that's why strength training is great for fat loss. People used to tell me oh you'll end up looking too hench and that's weird on a girl.. lol biggest load of lies I've ever heard. Yeah maybe if I was jabbing roids but nah it just helps and makes your body look nicer.

I would say that my physical appearance is "average" after age, sex, and ethnicity are accounted for.

I’ve done 30,000 steps a day for 10 straight days.
