In fact , women have higher sex drive and they can last much longer to reach real orgasm. Once the male ejaculates , a specific hormone is injected in his body that gives him the feeling of relaxation while the female stays sexually receptive much longer.

^^off-topic: I am against the separation between adult forum and love forum , let the teens learn early..they are learning very early anyways these days...nothing is hidden anymore . Once the teen starts to feel 'love' then that means that he is capable to learn these things without being shocked. Anyways , we should respect the rules.

The first sentence of the article says that lack of a sex drive is more common in women than in men. After that it just goes into a lot of "stuff" about why.

One of the articles said that women lose sexual interest as they grow older. Now this one says that menopause increases it. If this is correct; then they contradict each other. Apparently the strongest counter-argument you could come up was one sentence about menopause; which isn't very convincing.

Either way; if I looked long enough I could find articles that would contract each other in large amounts.

I still go with the idea of XXXXX envy.

The articles before where just talking about a loss of sex drive(Loss of sex drive is very common in women but not as common in men. It is believed to affect about 20-25% of men and 40-50% for women.)

So yeah; apparently it is much more common for women to not have a sex drive than men.(Go Figure)

Basically; the universal reason why men have a higher sex drive is because of testosterone.

This thread is also getting a little too argumentative for me in general(Which surprises me; this doesn't happen very often).

Basically if you want one mans opinions:

Girls are much more interested in love than with sex. This definitely isn't a bad thing because love is a much more beneficial thing than just wanting sex.

Guys are solely interested in sex most of the time. They think about sex more often; so they have a higher sex drive.

I don't really see having a higher sex drive as a good thing(Similarly as arguing over IQ scores); in fact having a lower sex drive could possibly make you focus on more important things in the relationship.

Well I am done for tonight so that is just my two cents .

I don't think I am very open-minded when I go into argument mode though .

Brian003, I would like to point out that you are the one who began the arguing. Also, your attacks against juliekitty's feminism were inappropriate. Feminism is not a movement confined to lesbians, asexuals, and gay men. From what I know, juliekitty is straight and I am a straight man; both of us are feminists. Your argument has only served to attack your opponent personally; you have not addressed her arguments, nor have you addressed anything civilly. This is the mark of an immature debater.

To all who have followed this thread, I would like to remind you that if a person has one drink, takes one hit of weed, etc., it is rape in the eyes of the law. End of discussion.
