I would say drop the pork completely as it's bad for you and high cals. Pork is so bad for your cholesterol. Stick to lean chicken, beef or lamb etc. Turkey slices aren't bad either.
I actually meant smoked ham.
It seems pretty lean to me.
Is it still bad?
I might give the no-carb thing a go.
I've stabilised nicely after losing 7kgs, so I am ready for another weight loss amount.
I find that you focus on weight loss for a while, and when you hit a plateau, you go back to your normal eating/non-weight-gaining mode until your metabolism stabilises again.
Rinse and repeat.
Thank you, coronavirus. You are making a healthier me.

Ham is pork, pork = bad. There's too much fat in the meat it's just not good for anyone. Poultry is far better for fat loss though.
I wouldn't bother with the Keto stuff because that's literally just cutting out certain food groups which basically ends up just essentially being calorie counting anyway. Carbs though, that is basically pure energy, if you're eating carbs you're not using the energy from the fat that's already on you. Doesn't mean no carbs ever it just means have way less, maybe instead of 2 jacket potatoes only have one for example.
That's a pretty decent loss though well done. Definitely get on with the walking, obviously, you have to make sure you're not going over your calories for your BMI or all the walking is pointless. Combine all that with lifting 10-15kg dumbells and you will definitely see a difference if you're consistent.
