I completely agree! I have all kinds of social experiments I'd like to run on toddlers and infants. I'd really like to know what amount of sociability is learned and what is taught. For example I'd like to raise a group of babies in total isolation from society/adults and see if they develop means to communicate with each other and etc. It would be soooo interesting to study their behaviors and communication styles. Basically, to see how a pure unadulterated human would behave without all the social impositions children are inevitably raised with.

I totally think this would be an amazing experiment. Curse you, morals!
As for the kid thing, I don't really know.

I think I always grew up just assuming I'd get married and have kids, but I'm not sure if that's what I want anymore.
And then there's the whole "childbirth" thing. << Maybe I should just adopt.
My experience with kids is that I like them when I don't live with them, but that may be because my little sister is a brat and I have no authority over her to get her to do as I ask. Sometimes you just need people to do what you tell them to, but if they're not willing to give you the respect then it's so
frustrating. Kids I've worked with at libraries have in general been much more easy to deal with.
So I don't know. :/ But hey, I'm seventeen and have never had a real boyfriend, so it's not like there's any pressure for me to have to decide right now.
