A lot of guys do have fantasy imaginated relationships with girls they like though, I've had it all the time, even with girls I didn't like so much!!

An imaginary girlfriend is the same as an imaginary friend. They do not exist in the real world and you interact with the person as though they really are there.

I just fantasise about a real girl, therefore I would say I do not and have not as real girls are always better than fictional ones. Imaginary friends are too perfect. You need arguments in any sort of relationship or friendship, etc

I never have, I don't even want a real girlfriend so there's no way that I would need an imaginary one. I have however, had imaginary friends, but it's more of a way to chat to myself as though someone else who understands my thoughts is there.

My imaginary girlfriend is not perferct. We have discussions and arguments all the time... (ummm???) Does this by any chance means that I am a little crazy???? Anyway...
We have a good life and live togheter in a house and I am working on my master degree (that is also imaginary!). Always when I go to sleep I hug my pillow (I have two of them in my bed) and think it is my imaginary girlfriend. I think about our imaginary story everyday...

I did this from my middle teens to my late 30's. About that time I started losing interest in sex and women in general so eventually I stopped.

None of my imaginary girfriends were based on real women. They were all figments of my imagination. However, they all tended to be part of a minority in society. For example, one IGF was an android whilst another was a mutant whose DNA had been infused with that of a cat (not sure why a cat - maybe because I wanted some p**** LOL). Funnily enough, one of my IGF's was an Autistic girl named Sally who functioned just slighly worse than I do. My fantasies with my IGF's all had complete story lines including how we met, when we started dating how we lived together and how we overcame various problems that threatened to tear us apart. I look back on these fantasies as some of the best memories of my life. In a way, I think having been satisfied with these fantasies for many years, I would be disappointed with any "normal" woman I might meet.
