If a woman has an equal amount of issues, can you guys try to balance one another out?

Hmmm maybe. but I have a bad experience from trying to hit it off with a girl that had ADHD. but then again, I was 19 and my issues were way heavier then. You should never say never, I guess.

Cheers

I actually think there's diversity amongst people with aspergers since it's a syndrome. Some people have certain characteristics and other people have different characteristics. And in the end we are people too. We can be a**holes. It's just harder for us because we walk to a different beat.

I don't really care as long as we get on well. But I got to admit I have had my fair share of crushes on aspie boys.

My AS is very mild, and I think I am well-prepared to handle another Aspie.

I've dated one, I could date another.

I've never dated an Aspie, but I do believe I'd prefer one. The closest fit I ever had was a socially anxious, interest-absorbed introvert. The home life was nice. However, since we've broken up and over a year later moved in with two people, his response to unwanted stimuli has been to retreat to his room and avoid. So I do the same. We're both awkward and miserable, only he can sleep at night and doesn't have meltdowns. Do all NTs feel the need for nightly guests in their 20s? Sigh.

An Aspie would be honest, not playing games. An Aspie and myself would share seemingly bizarre adaptations . . . I don't know, just sounds more natural.

Idk, the one i'm dating now is an aspie (and has ADHD).
She's like my other half, we have so much in common & she's so sweet & awesome <3.
I feel extremely lucky.

I've never really dated any NT's before though, so can't really say much as far as that goes.
*shrug*

.... coming from mr "I'm looking for a woman who's into kinky sex, the Simpsons and Christian-conservatism, but for some reason unknown to me I just can't find the right person" I find that statement hilarious :D

As one Aspie to another, I can say your AS seems more severe than you imagine.

If you weren't so young I'd say "move to Belgium". You look pretty cute and sound pretty nice

Nt's everytime. In my experience aspie women are just pure evil and will use the condition as a weapon for being manipulative.

Do you think aspie dudes do the same?

I've never met any aspie dudes so can't answer that question. What I will say however is that I as an individual, don't make a big deal out of AS, since I don't think it has any bearing on whether someone likes me or not. From what I can see too many people make a bigger problem out of the condition that what it really needs to be and are too quick to pigeonhole themselves and other people which is kind or ironic considering how often they claim Nt's are being patronising whenever they make a similar assumption.

I realize I have never dated an aspie, male or female. I did once date a Japanese national who was geekier than most of the guys he hung around with. That's about it. Wow. I keep saying I would prefer an aspie. I must be missing them...
