Sounds like she translated "you look tired" to " you look like sh**".
Maybe she was feeling down on herself, and that just made her snap? Rather than reading it as true concern on your part? It happens...chin up, bud. There's no preparing for how the female mind works at any given moment. I *am* one, and I still confuse me.
