I think that's a good tip. I can't read hints, but if I keep catching a guy's eye across the room and it keeps happening, then I start to wonder if he likes me. Of course I don't know what to do after that, but that's another story...


that might be what happens. I know on our first date we went and saw Alice and Wonderland, and she asked me a couple weeks afterwards why I kept like staring at her. I guess what I was doing is not necessarily staring at her, but occasionally throughout the movie I'd turn to her and I'd just admire her beauty for like 15-30 seconds...

I have to be straight up. I don't handle suspense all that well. I do drop hints though.

Doesn't work all the time on my end, but some girls appreciate that in a guy-genuine honesty.

I think it's important not to take that kind of chivalrous thing to extremes. I think that many women will just see you as making yourself too easy and obvious. It kind of goes against the grain and I have a hard time with this, but I think it's better if you can actually disagree with her at times, to show that you're not just cranking out unqualified approval for everything she does - that probably comes over as insincere, which it usually is, unless you've really met somebody who's exactly on your wavelength. Don't put yourself in a subservient position.
