As you may notice I didnt really place any effort here, pretty much made it out of curiosity and thinking of taking it down.

I apologize for not having a full profile up yet. I answered a ton of questions, though, and that's enough for the whole Match/Friend/Enemy thing:

lotusblossom: 64% match
hill_of_beans: 67%
Bethie: 56%
lil_scamp: 94% (too bad we're both straight females!)
grisha: 93%
spongy: 58%
moog: 85%

my username is mvwhassup. I swear I'll get around to a real profile one of these days...

I know I saw that LOL. I just did the brutal personality test and being an INTJ people hate me anyway male or female. I had feelings from people IRL. Now I know I can't even disguise it on the net. LOL

One of my ex's earlier on today told me my profile made me sound like a sociopath

I was also talking to an aspie friend last night who was saying she had great difficulty understand the self depreciating humour of the UK yet her friends who had made profiles with such kind of points actually seemed to have far greater success.

Maybe this is just a UK phenomina but I found that an interesting observation. Oh and that half the people who messaged me just looked at my long hair and didn't even bother to read my profile. I don't know if thats a compliment or an inadvertant insult

well I dont think it made you sound like a sociopath, I expect your ex was jealous.

I know what you mean about people not reading your profile, I was tempted not to include a photo as people do tend to disregard personality clashes in favour of 'fancying' someone, its interesting you saying that women do it to, as I had assumed men were the only ones who were overly 'looks' focused.

Yeah, it was interesting extracting that confession out of those women as well, there you go! I just loved their raw honesty in telling me that! Maybe that just reflects the nature of London though, it can be quite a harsh unforgiving social environment.

As for me being a sociopath. It made me laugh to have that observation/interpretation of my profile. But when I see her in person tomorrow night i'm sure we can discuss at great length her interpretation of my sociopathic tendencies as expressed on my profile.

Did you put you are "seeing somebody" lotus? Thats probably quite a clever strategy to avoid unneccesary attention actually...in theory...plenty of casual's on that site willing to try their luck though.

I dunno whether to just leave this profile as it is and come back to it later. Or just to completly de-activate it till I actually decide to pursue a relationship more seriously? At the moment relationships just arn't anywhere near my top priority right now. But I think maybe in the late summer or september time i might feel emotionally ready to delve into the field again so to speak.

I am seeing somebody, Im back with Tom. I made the profile so I could read his questions and then decided I would use it to make friends, and also it will be all ready for when he dumps me again, I shall be already to 'pull'. lol.

If I were you i would not deactivate it but instead pursue friendships and penpals and view it as practice and just try to not get emotionally involved/invested in it.

I have a hot 98% match in Cambridge so Tom better watch out! lol

(doesnt he look nice lol

I like the logic behind your forward planning strategy. Why didn't I think up a backup plan!

I've just been letting the profile stay idol for ages. I've been using other sites for finding friendships and it's early days yet. But the meetup group I went too last week was quite cool.Gonna go along to a few more see what happens.

Seeing as I actually live 20 minutes away from the place perhaps I should actually see if any cool people live over in Cambridge? A new avenue of approach. And not as smelly as London
