I tried eplaining this once at the weight thread but here I go again.
A real man is someone who is able to look beyond society standards(in this case whats hot but it could be anything) and isnt ashamed of liking something that other people may find odd because whats important is that he likes this things not what others may think about their prefference.
I believe its called a real man because he is no longer a fake person guided by society standards and he isnt afraid to speak up about his standards.
