Porn only exists for wish fulfillment. That explains why you have otherwise attractive women with cartoonishly huge boobs and guys who look like they fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.

I had the same problem when I was first having sex. It seemed to stem from nervousness related to the newness of my partners. I would have sex for the first time with a new partner and have erectile difficulties, then I would be embarrassed and never call them again. Then, I would move on to someone else, and repeat the cycle. It finally stopped when I met someone who I was able to hang out with outside of sex, and he stayed with me and kept trying until I became comfortable enough to perform.

The porn can't be the issue if you've ceased it for this long. I think a talk with a doctor to make sure there isn't anything medically wrong is the first step, and then your goal should be to meet a girl who is willing to be patient, and who you feel comfortable enough with to talk honestly about your problem.

Without wanting to become too... detailed, can your... well, "size" in the lower department be connected to that issue? I have read on multiple occasions that "larger" guys are more prone to erectile dysfunction because getting proper bloodflow is harder (no pun intended) to achieve. I am personally rather large and apart from my morning wood (which is, when I have it, hard enough to plow through a frozen acre), my erections, which I don't get many of to begin with, are usually rather weak and arousal doesn't last long, I've heard that there's certain exercises that might help (kegels, for one), but I never bothered trying anything in that regard since... well, my equipment remains unused, so I have no motivation to do that.

Stop taking porn so literally. :)

I think there is a bit of performance anxiety, and it can be true that if sex was on a pedestal it could be an issue.

Try thinking about something unrelated while your doing it, you'll last longer too. :)

You might also try an adult sex toy. It would simulate the proper motion.

I personally don't believe that you need to stop masturbating. I've seen a lot of science that shows that it's a natural behavior designed to discard sperm that's past it's prime.
