Yeah, we belgians have a problem with communication and directness.

Saying A, but doing B.

It's a trend to run away from problems here rather than solving them and being honest and clear.

Thank you all for the advice!
I came to the conclusion I'm not waiting for that guys answer anymore-either way the outcome is communication on his terms only, and that doesn't suit me.
