I guess that's the point - it's hard to pick out. Flirting on the internet, just as in real life, varies from person to person. The lack of body language does make it much harder to define, so full-on flirting on the internet is generally very blatant, but like always there are exceptions. I guess you've just got to try and...well, guess! XD

It's difficult to pick out unless it's blatant. This coming from your average boring NT! Seriously, it's hard enough in person but online you have to be looking for different things, which again differ from person to person

Try looking for remotely suggestive comments. Try looking for compliments perhaps? Dunno. You'll know it when you see it, is probably the best way of explaining it

It's easier to spot flirting IRL.

Usually, it's a waitress or a girl at a checkout counter (if it's at Best Buy, that's a plus--it's my favorite place to shop).
