My daughter is also asexual, and she kind of makes the same complaints. I once told her to block them, and this is what she does directly with guys that start talking about sex now. I don't know how effective it is, but at least they can only start talking about sex once.
In your case, since you did hint that you are not overly interested in sex, blocking them seems only fair.
