It is sufficient to simply just not smell bad. It is usually not necessary for a man to use more than soap, water, and deoderant. If you do use a cologne or aftershave, use only small amounts. It is worth noting, however, that this could obscure your natural scent which contains phermones which women might possibly be sensitive to in a way which benefits you.
