How do you act around someone you're interested in?

The only issue I have with the description is that people might interpret is as women would always initiate it. I suppose from a woman's perspective, that is how it seems to work, but from my perspective I would claim the reverse (that I typically would initiate it). The truth probably lies somewhere in between. I suppose that I won't take much notice of it until I'm already involved in it, and then I really don't know if the girl did some part to initiate it or not. At least I'm not doing it consciously, and I didn't really learn it. It just comes naturally to me.

Yeah. When I've done it, it has actually tended to feel mutual, like the other person was doing it too. That's how one knows it has worked, because both of you have that stupid grin on your face. :)
