Disappointed in women my age :(
I felt that way about people in general in my twenties. I didn't really enjoy "partying" that much, and everyone else seemed obsessed with it. To be fair, though, I think a lot of them were just faking it because they felt it was expected. Those are the people who've settled down in their thirties. The ones who truly enjoy overly-loud music, flashing lights, sex with strangers, and being hung over are still doing it, but now society thinks they're pathetic for not "moving on" to the next stage in life.
You know thats Katy right?
This is her 2 or 3rd account today.
How do you lot know who is her??
Also maybe a late 20s would be best of both??
Age and female then made an account right after the previous one was banned and immediately started replying in the same threads along the same lines as the previous banned account.
If you see a brand new female users age 31-35 attacking men it's pretty much garuantee it's here. She's been bit faster though few accounts a day recently.
For someone with such a fantastic life she has a lot of spare time
Mods have ways of checking too.
Late 20s are basically 30s
There's 18-25 and then 26 and up.
When I was 26-27 the girls who'd went on dates with me were 19-23

But now I realize that I completely overlooked just how fun and adorable 20-something women were. (I'm talking about the actually good ones, not the vapid ones hanging out in those flashy, glitzy clubs that I hated.) Now, all 30-something women I meet are obsessed with watching Netflix at home and having babies; makes me terrified of having sex with them, should things go down that road.
All women of a particular age are not the same, nor are all aspies of a certain age are the same, nor people of any age are the same, nor are families at any particular time and place the same. It might be that you are looking at a whole group of diverse people through the same lens, and the lens is perhaps one you have constructed from a blend of experience, assumption, expectation and your way of perceiving things. I don't know, though these wide generalisations about women on WP are starting to get to me lately.
Its not limited to WP, the world generalizes women enough as it is so I don't think this is an issue relating to Wrong Planet, I think this is social issue that has bleed over into the autistic community.
Here is any image you can use when you shut people down about generalizations and people implying things that aren't true. This happens to be my favorite gif on the Internet since implying that everyone in a group is the same is common place around the net.
Women generalize about men; men generalize about women. Women generalize about women; men generalize about men. All genders generalize about other genders and their own genders.
If I am going to assess an individual person, I don't use generalizations. I have found that they are actually NOT TRUE for most people.
I think that unlike NTs and Wrong Planeteers, men and women don't live on different planets, as the Mars and Venus genre of pop psychology like to claim.. their generalizations are particularly noxious - at least they are to me!
More robust forms of psychology have reached very different conclusions. Meta analyses demonstrate that context is a very profound factor in influencing behaviour for both genders, and that throughout the lifespan, males and females are more similar than they are different.
The issue I have with crude, gendered stereotypes "all men prefer this.. all women like such and such.." is that they completely ignore how different members of the same gender are. I know sensitive and discriminating men - not all men are emotional dullards compared to women. I know strong, silent type women of great capabilities. Thank goodness for human variety.
I know that sexist generalisation is commonplace, just as sneezing is commonplace, though at least sneezing is involuntary behaviour, and regulated by rules considerate of others (cover your nose when sneezing in a public place!).
Real sad part is the damage done to any legit new members who we must suspect are Katy clones until they prove otherwise with months of no mean posts.
I even considered you might be when you first joined.
And it's it just me but any single male aspie she constantly attacks, and women who defend us.

Why are you worried about this kind of stuff? I thought you were an escort guy.

Darn, I flunked.
Another reason for starting this thread is as follows. According to my memory, my interactions with 20-something women, when I was that age myself, were very polarized. The bad ones, including and especially rejection, were really god-awful bad. Example: getting brutally rejected in a glitzy, flashy club where my NT friends dragged me. But the good ones were really, truly, mind-blowing great. Example: erotic, passionate make-out in bar located in an abandoned river port. As I got older, and became more socially smooth, better dancer, and better-looking, the good interactions began to outnumber the bad ones. This culminated in a cruise fling I had with 23-year-old girl, along with a nice rejection from a similar-aged, girl that was accompanied by a smile and a touch on the arm; all at age 29.
By contrast, my interactions with 30-something women were simply "meh". Neither good nor bad. Just somewhere in the middle, consisting of polite friendliness. Sure, there were some outliers, like the three women on another cruise that I danced with in a group cuddle, which felt amazing, especially with them being total strangers (me at age 30). Also some really nice dates I got at singles' parties. For an opposite example, it'd be my friends' long-term girlfriends that I feel ill-at-ease around and can't explain why (although this has subsided lately). But for the most part, there weren't many interactions that imprinted on my memory. Just them treating me with common decency.
This is a far cry from what I expected from 30-something women when I was in my 20's. I was expecting maturity and intelligence, as well as them liking a nice guy that was me, but I also expected fun energy and joie de vie. Instead, I'm finding homebody-ness and baby-obsession. Rag me if you must, but I can't help feeling disappointed. That said, I very much enjoy being friends with 30-something women. I just feel disappointed in a romantic sense. Anything you can recommend to help me better appreciate women in my age range? I should I just date younger ones?

he is currently dating a girl he met on tinder, unless something in the past day happen.
As for the Tinder girl, it's been one date; the second date is supposed to happen this Friday. She's 22. So my escort habit is suspended indefinitely

Wait a minute - so you're saying that you are done with escorts forever? Finito. I think you're pulling my leg.

If I can't take Aspies literally, who can I take literally?
