I once knew an NT guy who felt nauseous and couldn't eat or sleep properly when he was in love. It was a nightmare for him and the girl he was in love with, because he'd decide to be with her and go back on it and come back to her over and over again.
In the end it didn't work out for them, but they are now both married to different people and have kids.
No idea whether this is relevant, just saying you have deep feelings about something - what is is not obvious.
