What you could do is to begin looking for work at other places this guy is not familiar with and given his behavior towards you, what you could also do is write descriptions whenever he breaks your boundaries.
When you have enough descriptions of his behavior towards you, give them to law enforcement as evidence of his behavior.

Silly NTs, I have Aspergers, and having Aspergers is gr-r-reat!
I just feel what he is doing, is wrong especially at the fact he is married with a child on the way. I know men can act abit weird when they are about to become a father for the first time my Mum said that my Dad acted abit weird more nervous, when Mum was pregnant with me that doesn't excuse his behaviour towards me.
He shouldn't be touching women period except his wife it goes to show he isn't commited to his wife and how long has he been like this? has he been doing this to other women not only me in the four years his been married? I still do not get why he nearly knocked my male friend to the ground all because he was standing beside me not doing anything, he wasn't holding my hand or anything that was wrong. I just get freaked out that he keeps staring at me all the time and it's not for 2 minutes it more that 10 minutes, everytime I look up from painting a miniature he is full on staring at me with big eyes like saucers and he doesn't even blink and when I look at him he doesn't even look away, his still staring at me which makes me even more uncomfortable it feels so awkward. My male friends are to scared to walk in the shop with me because he makes them feel awkward and uncomfortable and the male friends I'm friends with in the shop are careful not to stand too close to me and talk to me too much because of the way he is
One other thing this guy does not be secretive or discreet about what he is doing to me he lets everyone know which I thought married men who want an affair would be secretive, not this guy he lets everyone know and he has touched me in public, he just about hit my male friend in public and he stares at me and touches me and stands close to me when customers come into the shop.
He has told me he can't stop thinking about me which I had no idea what to say to that and he sat me down one day and wanted to know more about Autism and what my symptoms are. One day he was looking for me in the food court which freaked me out all I wanted was time alone to figure things out at why his acting so weird towards me that I ran into the cinemas and sat up there eating my Greek salad to get away from him. He he just wanting me for one thing or is he in love with me or what? It's too weird for me he drove me to drink his driving me Insane.
Is this guy the actual boss or owner of the place you work at? Is there no one who has decided to say something about whats going on or do they all believe you are encouraging it. In some mens eyes if you dont make an absolute stink when they do try to do these things they believe you are in agreement to it, so my advice would be to scream STOP STARING AT ME FFS next time he does it and every single time afterwards. If he didnt stop Id be surprised. If someone else doesnt intervene Id be surprised. If they call the police then just explain whats been going on. Dont keep quiet about this because thats what allows these people to get their screwed up kicks from this kind of behaviour.

His marital status is not your problem but his behavior is, would it make any difference if he was an unmarried man? Your main concern should be to make him stop.
If this guy was single I may of taken an interest in him but because his married definitely a big No
. Yes this guy is the manager of the shop he only just recently became manager and yes the staff are aware as of everyone one in the shopping centre that something is up, and noticed the way he acts around me. One of the staff politely said sexual harassment charge to him the other day
I do not go to the shop when he is there alone. I do not go in the shop without friends or have friends already there playing age of Sigmar or 40k. I sit as close as possible to my friends and my friends literally make a wall around me so he cannot come near me at all when I'm painting my Warhammer miniatures. My parents, my sister, extended family basically everyone have told me to stay away and that's what I'm doing. I haven't been in the shop now for over a week.
There is one step you need to take. You must tell him that his advances towards you are unwelcome. It would probably be good to have someone witness this conversation. And then document this conversation: time, date, place, witnesses, what was said.

You made me scratch my head a lot honestly.
So your issue with him is because he is married, and not because of his creepy predatory behavior.
You know, if he was single and doing these things, he would still be subject to harrassment charges. His marital status is totally irrelevant here.
I can’t resist to ask that but: did you ever secretly like that guy before?
Your story is very weird honestly, so all your friends and family who know about your autism and know about him, and know he is so dangerous to you to the extent that they are literally doing a wall around you to protect you from him... this guy sounds like a ticking bomb waiting to do harm to you, yet no one is taking an action about him? Really?
Is it just me who finds the whole story crazy?

Actually after re reading as I was pretty confused, hes just thinking you have feelings for him, which you probably give off that you do since you do like him or did before he got all possessive. He will have formed a bond with you over the 2 yrs. Maybe mistaking your attendance at the store for 'him' rather than what you actually go there to do. Seeing the male friend was akin to you 'cheating' on him and he felt threatened.
I guess hes at a loss with your non reaction to his affections. Youve not said no, and have not said yes, so in effect your playing hard to get which is probably driving him insane.
You really should stop going there if you cant say no to this, because its not fair to ruin his marriage by being there in this guys range. I know its his fault for getting attached to you, but by not rebuffing it and cutting it off you are making it continue.
Illegalizing pepper spray seems a measure taken specifically to keep women at the mercy of molesters and rapists.

Thankyou Babi dwr you have explained it perfectly I now fully understand. I have never had to deal with a situation like this before so it's making me confused and all of you confused as well which I apologise for, my thoughts are everywhere and it's driving me crazy as well as you all as well. Babi dwr thankyou for giving me clarity and making me think rationally and logically I owe you one.
Have you considered making a secret recording of his behavior, and then sending that recording to his wife?
