Agnix you are in dangerous company. Didn't you say this man is on probation for sex offences?? Why would you behave in such a way with him? IMO you need to separate from both him and your uncle now. You are leading on a dangerous man. Some men here may find it entertaining to read but I think you are heading for serious trouble. Trust your care team only. You are worth better than this.

So only half of the story was told in the OP.

Bingo!

Well, this is very bad when only a part of the story told in one thread and another part is told elsewhere, I looked bad for defending a sex offender without knowing it. 8O

You weren't to know Boo. I believe she said that in another thread, I may be mistaken.

Yes, it was in a different thread.
Angnix, you need to run away from both this man and your uncle. You get attracted to the familiar but that familiar is abuse. Don't fall into the same trap again and again.

A big issue with me is that I do not know who to trust... Like my care team wants me to have a payee but when I mentioned this to a family member I thought I could trust they got angry saying the care team was in the wrong because having a payee would ruin my life... EVERYONE seems to be trying to run my life now and tell me what to think and feel...

And the sex offender issue... Family members told me he was ok... But the sewage that started coming from his mouth... But he insisted it was just joking...

Much of this is the fact I am so trusting... And I value others opinions above my own but when different people start telling me completely different things... It confuses my head...

One of the big things of my current therapy was learning to recognize and trust my own intuition... though I guess some other people are on the other side of healthy balance and need to learn to trust facts and logic more.

I did a lot of thinking and I've pretty much decided I don't need a payee... And I'm being physically left alone in my apartment... I'm still getting texts and phone calls... But that's easier for me to deal with than people bothering in IRL...

I don't believe this "friend" is joking at all but waiting to see how you react to his inappropriate suggestions. If you are offended then they become "jokes". If you take the bait and laugh or exchange your own "jokes", then it becomes real.
You are treading on thin ice.

I have been badly abused throughout my life, it is "home" in a sense and a difficult loop to break. Often the caring objectivity of others has helped me see the manipulations and deceit that I was totally blind to. When you have never had a "normal" model to compare with life is very very hard and sociopaths are drawn to those of us who have a wounded sense of self and blurred boundaries and the abuse is perpetuated.
Agnix you are so talented, I wait with baited breath to see your beautiful bird pics. You must sever your relationship with your uncle and his roommate. Find one person on your care team who you completely trust and follow their advice only. Make this your compass and don't let anyone else interfere. You deserve some peace and quiet to explore your interests and enjoy your home and environment without sick, cruel perverted people controlling your life.

One social worker has been really trying to advocate for me, but my relatives keep attacking her, they even made false alligations against her trying to get her fired... I see her in about an hour. She keeps telling me this is my life and I have lots of potential.

The guy problem is pure lonliness... When my husband was around I had a constant companion... My worker however says I need to get used to being alone again and even embracing it.

Some people just plain have hidden agendas... I have one aunt that's really nice to me... But there is always this undertone of "I'm gonna try to convert you to my religion!! !"

And some people... Like Mr. Sex offender... He has a huge tendency of sharing things I say with him with my uncle.... Like yesterday I slipped out the payee thing to him accidentally... He tells my uncle... My uncle then texts me "can I be your payee???" LMFAO... Seriously? I mean seriously? And he was serious too... 8O

I get you, loneliness is a bummer. You must stop communicating with your uncle he is a bad bad egg. Trust your social worker, busy yourself with work and photography sweety.

I accidentally left my camera at my uncle's but I'm thinking of using my phone and trying to get a pic of that dove nesting in my hanging basket now...
