Like a lot of people on the spectrum my sister doesn’t show a lot of emotion/facial expression.

Facial wise, she's cute.

But obviously, physical attraction isn't just your face,it's also your overall build and physique as well and since you've only provided us with a face shot, it's hard to gauge how attractive she actually is because we can't see her full body.

The biggest deal-breaker is obesity, so as long as she's not too overweight, she should be fine. At least from a physical standpoint.
