I'm not entirely sure thats true. If its an older guy and an underage girl, thats sick and gross. If it is a case of an underage guy, then I would like to know how to be that "unfortunate" rape victim. I know I had oneor two teachers in HS that I would have loved to have been statutorily raped by

I'm female. I had a couple of male teachers who I would have loved to have been statutorily raped by. :lol:

In Britain if someone is the age of 13 or under it's rape. 14 and 15 come under the underage sex umbrella I think but if the ages are near they don't often prosecute.

i am attracted to older women. i remember once at a bar i was trying to talk to the bartender who was an older lady and i was saying stuff like she was a milf because i had just seen that movie where it was made popular saying "oh shes a mom" and she just looked at me like what planet did you come from, and you couldnt pay me to sleep with you :lol:

Last girl I was genuinely attracted to was 18 but demonstrated a mixed level of maturity. I've yet to actually have a serious relationship so I don't know what extremes I'd consider datable. 18 at the lowest I suppose depending on the person.

Evolutionarily speaking it is adventagous for older men to be with younger women and vice versa. Older men can offer financial stability younger men can't (I'm having a hell of a time finding a job to afford an apartment on where as my older associates (30+) have great job security and pay well) and younger women offer fertility older women cannot. Of course we have this thing called culture and science so evolutionary tendencies can be overriden but that doesn't stop people from feeling the way they do.

As for rape being rape, statutory is defined as under the age of consent which ranges wildly from state to state in the US. What we all know damn well is that most people don't care unless you're an angry father and are willing to press charges.

Because the human body is a bizarre thing. I think you'll find that men can get erections at the strangest things. Especially during puberty, they can happen for no reason at all - let alone, say, some slight warmth and vibration while sitting on the bus, or even animal porn. Sometimes the body just reacts that way. Quite apart from which you can get all sorts of double ended dildos and other tools that you can use to rape a guy. So yes, it's uncommon, but entirely feasible and possible to rape a guy.

so far i haven't fallen for any girls my age or younger. for some reason i always seem to like girls that are a year or two older than me, and it's not like i find out they're older, i just happen to like them and then find out they're older.

as for the law it varies from place to place. In Canada if you're between 12 and 14 you can consent to sex with someone less than two years older. if you're between 14 and 18 you can consent to sexual intercourse "unless it takes place in a relationship of trust or dependency" whatever that means. Oh and unmarried persons cannot consent to anal sex until the age of 18.

yeah but you should check the united states laws on sodomy. according to wikipedia (i'm checking the references in a minute) you can get 5 years to life in idaho for sodomy.

In some jurisdictions, that includes an 18 and 15 year old. I don't see anything wrong with that. But if it is with a 15 and 40 year old, is there proof the younger is damaged? I think it's weird too, but that could entirely be social conditioning.

very true. there are a lot of different viewpoints through different cultures.
we already mentioned larger age disparities that can happen with a history of arranged marriages. and there is japan, where cuteness, as a decidedly young-girlish quality, is cultivated. what are trim-bodied beach teens to our eyes is a made-up schoolgirl to theirs.

I have had things for women of many ages, I think the variance is around 20 , I have liked some girls which I think might have been 1 or 2 years younger than 18 when I was over 21, but hey, I don't think it is wrong to like them.

I don't know about that, I doubt Islamic law is in favour of abortion. I'd have to look it up, or see if I can find a relevant reference in the Qur'an.
