So my question is this: Is this an AS trait? The ability to read people. The ability to know if someone is being truly genuine?

Most people with Asperger's syndrome, including me, have difficulty reading people's intentions, thoughts, and feelings.

And my other question is related to another topic in this forum. AS people have intense gazes. Someone mentioned that eye contact was different to AS people. Does anyone know about this? Why is it different? And how is it different?

Most people on the autistic spectrum avoid eye contact because it is extremely uncomfortable for them—me included. Other unusual forms of eye contact, like an intense stare, are not unheard of.
