Kinda like how nerds usually have something against drinking. I guess it's not the thing itself some people are against, but the association. That's what causes the black and white thinking really...

Women love to promulgate it and in relationships they pretend that its true but even THEY no better than that. For example, I one read an article about how to explain sex to children starting with: When a man and woman really love each others....... :roll:

Method of social conformity, long standing... reading a book from the twenties on such matters, and it talks about controlling the baser seminal impulses outside of wedlock. It's a social convention, often rooted in economics, social status, and health concerns. Sex is sex, love is love, and sometimes the two shall meet. For me, sex without love is empty and unsatisfying; doesn't mean it isn't also enjoyable, but the consequences outweigh the benefits in my world.
