I'd guess because that hourglass shape is something that is naturally attractive, regardless of whatever else is currently the trend. That's why these days exceedingly thin women with boyish figures wear certain styles of clothing or undergarments to give the illusion of having defined curves.

Well, I didn't mean anything artificial or extreme, necessarily. I just meant that a defined waist is always in style.

That's part of the reason I've never understood the whole tight jeans thing, its just asking for a muffin top, even if you don't even have that much up there.

Yeah, but it's not even because it's a picture.

If she was walking down the street... she would fly under... or maybe over my awareness.

Maybe, it's a conscious awareness of how much effort looking like that takes... and in my mind I can't find someone who is that perfect in features attractive...

It's a strange idea I have... wonder if anyone else thinks similarly?

Strangely, I find the originals more appealing than the touched up versions. I'm very sensitive to people presenting a false reality to me... and if I get a whiff of fake presentation... it's a turn off.

On the same coin, I don't like makeup... or hair dying (well if it's over the top like deep red or green or blue... then strangely it goes around to the other side and it's okay again.)
