Mutual Understanding, Mutual respect, Similar interests, Wealth and Social status would be times more effective than height.

What emotions are being stimulated by wealth and status? I can't think of anything else beside vanity and insecurity... (and I wouldn't recommend stimulating those 8O )

Not only wealth and status.. but other factors that I have mentioned in my last post..

Why all of you always quote these from me:(

In theory, Insecurity itself may can make young people love their lovers better...like uncertainty...

Vanity can be a strong factor in human emotions, actually.

It can vary from person to person. But we can have some experiments in the real world and these would appear more clearly. It sounds cruel. But all good personality, even devine personality, would not necessary conflicting with wealth or social status.

Alas, please do not be so cruel!

I have just looked on internet what a Sybian is..

I will knee before you immidiately if it can make you not so cruel!

Please do not be so cruel and cynical, especially when we can hardly find the reason to be so!

I don't know what others are doing but I asked because I wanted to understand what you meant, nothing else.

Personally I try not to feed negative aspects like vanity or insecurity - the fact that those emotions are part of human nature doesn't mean we have no influence or control over them. Once acknowledged and understood they can be kept in check.

While I disagree with you, don't let if offend you. You have every right to live exactly as you wish and I don't think you should allow others to influence your decisions :)

Probably it is the right time to me to listen to an older, more experienced person..

Try not to feed negative aspects..

Here is the difference between you and me, sir.

I do not really know how should I react in modern society. Therefore I can only see the way to...

I don't know...Maybe because I have read some novels from Marguerite Duras?

Would anybody like to help me?

I am sorry, sir, for I cannot give you my whole theory just now. I suddenly become so emotional and so irrational..Alas

I cannot explain at all because I have lost my self-control. I suddenly become so emotional and so irrational now. I am sorry, sir.

And I will think clearly later.. Just not now.. I am sorry, sir..

I'm actually a woman

You're neither right or wrong, you must do what's best for you, not for others. I can't stress this hard enough: as long as you don't harm others you should go for whatever makes you happy.

As far as I'm concerned the percentage of interesting people stayed pretty much the same regardless of how wealthy or successful they were. I met several fascinating people whom by normal standards don't amount to much - I don't care and still value them a lot. Having a PhD myself and after spending a lot of time amongst academics I can tell I've met just as much ignorance and lack of character amongst educated, influential people as anywhere else.

What I dislike though is the idea of achieving something you want through someone else - from where I'm standing if you want wealth and status you should obtain them yourself, it's more honest and satisfying. I never got much out of having status and money so I just moved on, looking for something that I saw as more worthy and interesting.

But I'll say it again - you should do what's best for you. I never have a problem with other people's choices even if they are very different from mine, I only dislike those who think they speak for everybody else and that anybody disagreeing is being dishonest. I haven't seen you doing this so I don't mind your different opinion :)
