Mine was because of trauma so I was actually incel.
I mean femcel.
In an ideal world I wouldn't have waited that long.
To be fair my girlfriend is not very extrovert.
I think she is an enforced-extrovert by her culture, to fit in.
She has typical introvert traits:
- She hates discos, when her friends drag her to places with loud music like discos and nightclubs, she gets very stressed there, I remember I noticed her closing her ears so I showed my ear plugs on my ears and I happened to have an extra pair, she got relieved when she used them.
- She loves singing but she hates dancing, they try hard to drag her to the dancing floor but she is like an anchor.
- She prefers walking in nature over anything else, after all she was raised in a tropical jungle place, literally.
- She loves video games, sci fi movies, anime and transformers lol.
- She has a scientific curiosity, she would wiki anything she comes across, such as fruits, animals, historical event names, places, diseases… etc
- Bookworm for novels.
- I swear I saw her playing on her phone in loud parties lol.
All these stuff are not typically extrovert things and they are the very same things we have in common. Like everything, extroversion-introversion is a spectrum.
But *all* her friends are the annoyingly loud party crazies, I would say she is the least extrovert Filipina I ever knew, she is the “black sheep” of her circle.
