It happens every now and then.
There are a fairly big number of weirdos at those sites that try to approach women by making fun of them.(Ive never heard of a success story though).

The only thing you can do is hide him and hope that you arent contacted by anyone like him again.

I've helped a number of people in the L&D forum with their profiles through okc, though I've never actually disclosed which wrongplanet member I am. Now you know. (...and knowing is half the battle!)

As for the people here who think they get less interest because their profiles are too long... that's probably not true. I've found anyone who is genuinely interested will likely read the whole thing, enjoy it, and use it as a basis to find something to talk to you about. I figure, if they aren't bored by your long profle, chances are you won't bore them in real life :wink:

@adriarose excellent profile. I don't know how to put things about myself so eloquently as you did. As for people being cruel your not alone. To bad it seems to go hand in hand the more gifted you are.

What a good looking bunch of eligible aspies with awesome profiles! I'm not a member of the site, so I can't share mine, obviously. But, I did notice that Bethie has an "Aspergian" tab on her page, which links to (an underwhelming) half a dozen or so other profiles. I don't think I'd want to date outside of "our kind." How do you online dating folks feel about and handle the whole AS issue???

enders shadow is good if you like game, its set in battle school and tells you alot more about the school and the bean characters past. also has bean figuring out the secret of the game while ender is doing it. if you want an addictive first book followed by disapointing bizzareness,try dune. one of orson cards faves.
