wow. i am sorry but i don't really have much to offer. the only thing i can think of is to:
bring your drink with you
tell him, i am leaving my oj here don't touch it.
put your drink on a plate or cover it with a cloth or something and tell him again, stop touching my drinks. when i am finished with them i will take care of them. i have not forgotten about them.
i hope some others reply to give better ideas.
