*puts on the tinfoil hat*
There’s some very odd shading on the upper lip. It doesn’t appear to be a shadow, scar, or some kind skin indent from doing a duck lip.
There is also some weird mutation thing on the left side, by her hair. It morphs into the couch (?) a bit.
I don’t think this was exactly a great photo of you/your sister OP.

I bet I'd be a hot guy
One time I made a trip to Las Vegas and there was such a machine/photo booth in one of the casinos - I can't remember which one but I thought I would be a hot guy too but instead I looked like a THUG! Not just ANY thug - an actual scary, scary SCARY THUG. I felt my bowels go loose when the photo was ready - such a disappointment. At least Jamesy's was really, really pretty!! !

Well, Pepe, I'll tell you one thing - I'd have no natural enemies and that's for damned sure. I looked like the pit boss at the casino - even worse. I never knew my real dad - I'd guess I met him in that photo.
