While I think it's seriously wrong for thirteen year olds to have sex, in WillFill's case this wouldn't be statutory rape. Though he is under the legal age of consent, the girl would have to be at or over the age of consent for her actions to be considered statutory rape.

WillFill, don't 'study' with the girl again. Being casual about sexual matters, especially at such a young age, can cause both short-term and permanent damage.



Sex itself isn't bad, but there can be serious consequences that result from it. If she is a notorious bad girl she could easily get an STD and what if she passes it on to you? What about pregnancy? Are you willing to father a child at this stage in your life? What if this girl decides she doesn't want to 'study' with you anymore? Will you emotionally be able to deal with that? What if your parents find out? How will you deal with that? These are questions you must ask yourself and be able to answer before you can, as you put it, 'be comfortable with yourself sexually'.

I thought of that; but I don't have any idea how old she is. I suppose compareable age (though he didn't say), which opend a whole other can of worms- what has SHE been through? Just a rpoduct of "kids growing uep too fast" or a possible product of abuse?

Oh dear... the idea of this being a prank didn't occur to me, so anyway, pardon me but I would rather treat this as real and be told it's not, feeling no shame if someone has taken advantage of the fact that I'm an Aspie and suck at perception with these things, than treat this as a 'joke' only to be told that in fact it is quite serious.

WillFill, this is a personal question and you don't have to answer it, but do you know if she had sex with you? (This involves you putting your penis in her vagina). I think everyone here has assumed that the 'thing she did with her body' was sex, but I wouldn't be surprised if 'the thing' was more along the lines of masturbation... Both aren't so great at 13, but one is a damn sight better than the other!

What I find stupid about this thread is when some posters here accuse the author for making this scenario up when they have no proof. All they use is evasive rhetoric to avoid the fact that they might be wrong in their assumptions.

Need I remind these people a few things since they lack the mental coherence to absorb them in when they first registered on this board:

1. This is an online support group for autistics. (So yes, it's serious business.)

2. This forum is about relationships. (Again, serious business.)

3. You don't have to read these threads if you disagree with the content in some way. (Any 10 year-old can do this.)

So, if you have no sense of comraderie and want to act like a condescending prick online, then IRC is your friend.

WillFill, did the sexual experience with the girl consists of oral pleasure or full-on penetration? I hope for your sake and hers that you used protection for the latter...

Against my baser sexual instincts, my superior intelligence will suggest that you avoid this girl like the plague.

If she is the same age as you, it is less serious in a way because there is no "abuser" as such. However, you appear not in a position to understand the consequences of sex, and therefore you must not engage in it. Consider the threat of STD's, plus of course the emotional heartache you are likely to experience when she dumps you for someone else (as these type of girls tend to do!)

If it is an older girl/woman, then it is much more serious, as she is clearly an abuser, and I would consider contacting the police if she approaches you again.

Yes sex is not bad, but it does have serious consequences, YOU MUST REMEMBER THAT.

Sometimes girls/women like to play games with a guy in their head (mind games) to get what they want. It may seem to be innocent but it truly never is innocent. If she is a notorious bad girl type then she is playing a game with YOU. YOU TRULY WILL BE THE ONE THAT GETS HURT. She will care a less for what happens to YOU. If I was You I would stay away from HER for it only leads to TROUBLE IN THE END.

Hey, congratulations! Since you're BOTH under 18, you're in the clear with the law . As for the "studying", if it feels good to both of you, go for it. To address the concerns of other people on WP, yes, you should be aware of emotional consequences. But dam*, that girl sounds cool. AND you're learning this stuff at 13; I had to wait until I was 22. So consider youself very lucky. Just don't study too hard .

As strange as it sounds, plenty of people have similar epsiodes in their lives. I remember experiencing something similar. I am refusing to talk about the details.

One thing I'm not clear on and that he's never mentioned - how old was she? If she's 12 or 13 herself then really, aside from kinda leading on a guy who didn't know anything about it, there's nothing really too perverse going on aside from the potential of the old 'babies making babies' irresponsibility on her part.
